Refund & Shipping Policy

Refund Policy (Strict)

All sales are final once an order has been shipped.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect ordering
  • Customs seizure or delays
  • Product dissatisfaction after delivery

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • The product is incorrect due to our error, or
  • The product arrives damaged or defective (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof)

Shipping Policy

Shipping times vary depending on destination and courier service.

Summit Research is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Customs inspections or holds
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.

Risk of Shipment

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.
